At ELITE STUDIO CO., your satisfaction is our priority.
Return Eligibility:
You can return items within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags intact.
Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
How to Return:
Contact us at elitestudioco@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
Ship your item back to the address provided.
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Exchanges:
We currently offer exchanges only for size or colour.
Contact us first to arrange an exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
We will provide a replacement or full refund promptly.
